CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER AND RECEIVE A REFUND?

CAN I RETURN A CUSTOMIZED PRODUCT?

For customized products, such as the products on which the customer's initials are engraved and the products made on the basis of the specific indications provided by the customer on the site, it will not be possible to cancel or modify the order once submitted. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND?
